For nearly 50 years, Gromax has built precision tooling and components for aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial customers. We're looking for a versatile manufacturing professional who can help quote jobs, plan production, coordinate projects, and solve manufacturing challenges.
What You'll Do
- Review drawings and customer requirements
- Develop manufacturing plans and job estimates
- Coordinate materials, vendors, and outside services
- Support production scheduling and project execution
- Work directly with customers, machinists, and leadership
- Identify problems before they impact production
What We're Looking For
- Strong blueprint-reading skills
- Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience in machining, tooling, engineering, planning, or estimating
